The Act of Walking
An art residency project created at The Human Bridge, Rome. The project explores walking as an act of memory, displacement, and presence — centering the Palestinian body in motion through video, sound, and painting.
Bare feet on foreign and familiar ground; the walk as both ritual and resistance. Combining video documentation, watercolor studies, and a soundscape of recorded footsteps.

When We Were at Sakiya
A guide book and collaborative art project born from the intersection of knowledge between Sabreen Haj Ahmad and the children of Fan w Salam camp, in collaboration with Sakiya Organization.
Focused on sustainable art — upcycling paper waste, creating from surrounding natural sources, building intergenerational knowledge around Palestinian ecology.

Jerusalem's Orchid
A large-scale installation (~210 × 710 cm) inspired by the rare orchid flowers native to the mountains of Jerusalem. The work cascades across gallery walls and floors — a meditation on fragility, beauty, and the threatened biodiversity of Palestinian land.
Shown at Al-Hoosh Gallery (2021) and Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center (2022).

Man Builds Bridges
A contribution to the book "It's a House Made of Sticks" — a painting and poem as commentary on humanity's relationship with nature and the earth.
The work reflects on connection, communication infrastructure, and the forgetting of what matters most.

Symbols and Nature in Palestine
An open studio and discussion session presenting a series of paintings exploring Palestinian symbols, native plants, and natural landscapes.
The 3-month residency at Al Qattan Foundation gave rise to a body of work examining what Palestinian nature holds and mourns.
